Is it safe?

Replays only — no memory, no injectionHotsCompanion only reads the replay files Heroes of the Storm writes to disk. It never reads game memory and never injects code, so it can't touch your game or put your account at risk.

The app isn't signed with a paid code-signing certificate yet, so Windows SmartScreen may warn about an "unknown publisher" on first launch — click "More info", then "Run anyway". Matching the SHA-256 above is the surest way to confirm you have the genuine build.
