HotsCompanion is a non-commercial, fan-made project published by a private individual (the 'Operator'). As the law allows for non-professional publishers, the Operator's identity has been provided to the hosting provider below and is not published on the site.

Hosting
The site and its API are hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany (www.hetzner.com), on servers located in the European Union. The hosting provider stores the data required to deliver the service and keeps technical access logs.
Traffic is served through Cloudflare, Inc. (www.cloudflare.com), which provides content delivery and protection against attacks.
Intellectual property
The HotsCompanion name, interface, design, original text and source code belong to the Operator and are protected by intellectual-property law. Do not reproduce or reuse them without prior written permission.
Heroes of the Storm, the Nexus, all hero names, artwork, logos and other in-game assets are the property of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. and are shown for identification and informational purposes only. HotsCompanion is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.
Data sources
Statistics come from match replay files. They are not official Blizzard data and may contain errors, gaps or delays. Player profiles are built from publicly available match data; to have a profile removed, see the Privacy Policy.
Liability
The site is provided for informational purposes only. The Operator makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or availability of the data and cannot be held liable for decisions taken on the basis of it. External links are provided for convenience and the Operator is not responsible for third-party content.
